Please join us for a morning of Egyptian cooking at SpringDale.

Learn to cook authentic falafel from scratch, tahini sauce, koushari and baklava. All dishes are vegetarian and the best part is lunch is included. Koushari and falafel are traditional Egyptian street food. Koushari is a beautiful mix of pasta, rice, lentils and chickpeas with fried onions and a slow cooked tomato sauce, don’t judge it till you have tasted it. Ph: (03) 5253 1960
